Return Policy

At ECO EUBANCO, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return process in accordance with applicable laws in Spain, including the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and with the packaging intact. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective or does not match the ordered item.

To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer service, providing the necessary information (order number, products to be returned, reason for the return). Once the return is accepted, the refund of the paid amount will be processed, excluding shipping costs, if applicable.

In case the product is defective or not as ordered, ECO EUBANCO will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement of the product.
